DNA/RNA LAMP Mix. LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) is a novel rolling loop amplification technology that amplifies nucleic acid molecules exponentially at a constant temperature, amplifying DNA 109-1010 times in 30 minutes. Its unique advantages of rapid and constant temperature make LAMP technology a star potential technology for the development of diagnostic reagents. Since a high concentration of primers is used in LAMP amplification, a small amount of mismatches and primer Dimer are inevitably guaranteed, and these minor contaminations can lead to false positive detection in LAMP high-speed amplification...
