iHeir-CM 除霉剂为透明液体，由多种天然光亮剂、水解丝肽营养保护剂、油性成膜剂，采用纳米抗菌材料

和有机安全高效抗菌剂复配而成。属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不会被微生物所消耗，以特殊的

机械式杀菌（表面进行涂抹），将赋予处理后之基质优越之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有独特的防护功能，以

防止微生物所引起的危害，延长产品的使用寿命，并能强力去污、不伤皮面、防静电、快干、不留痕迹，且能使

处理后饱满手感及增加产品价值感。作为耐久性抗微生物处理剂，它具有广泛的抗菌活性。对诸如霉菌、藻类和

酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产

设备的条件下进行加工。具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（涂抹方式），高温仍不被破坏。

适用于竹木制品、轻工业工艺制品、长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面处理。可使用 BPB（溴酚

蓝液）于各种生产制程中或终端成品，进行快速效果确认。

iHeir-CM Anti-mold CMer introduction

iHeir-CM Anti-mold CMer is transparent liquid, including many kinds of natural brightener, silk peptide

nutrition protective agent and oil film-forming agent, using the nanometer anti-mildew material, organic secure

and efficient anti-mildew agent to make up. Belongs to un-release treatment agent, no seepage lose,

un-wobble, can’t be consumed by the microbe. It kills the mildew in a special mechanical way(paint on the

surface), will endow the matrix with endurance after finishing,and also has the special protective effort to the

anti-mildew,so that to prevent harm from mildew, extend the lifetime of products.It also has more advantages

such as strong CMing, no hurt to product surface, prevention of static electricity,quick dry,leaving no trace, be

full of handfeel and increasing the sense of worth etc after treament. As durable antimicrobial agent, it has a

wide antimicrobial activity,which is effective to anti-mildew (include mildew, algae, and microzyme).It can be

widely used in the various modes of production ,can process under the condition of unchanging the procedure

and production equipment as much as possible for both of the batch and continuous type,with the charactor of

chemical bonding in the normal temperature,valid in the normal temperature reflection (smear approach),avoid

any damage even at high temperature.It is suitable for surface finishing of bamboo and wood products ,arts

and crafts of light industry, long fiber, short fiber, textile, natural leather, and imitation leather. And also use BPB

(Bromophenol blue solution) in various process and end-use products on checking the quality quickly.

为了验证 iHeir-CM 除霉剂的安全性，曾进行了 18 项试验，对天竺鼠急性经口毒性 LD50为 12.27g/Kg，此

值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死剂量为 12.27 克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二

甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的 LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的 LD50是 10.5g/Kg。我们

每天食用的食盐的 LD50是 3.0g/Kg。显而易见 iHeir-CM 除霉剂是极为安全的，对人体的毒性极低。能达到 FDA

和欧洲的安全标准。结果是它的安全性获得了以严格著称的美国环境保护署（EPA）的许可，核准生产制造编号

EPA Est.34292-MI-01，在美国环境保护局登记号 64881-1。

iHeir –CM Anti-mold CMer safety

For checking the safety of IHEIR Anti-mold CMer, 18 kinds of testings were ever made. Acute Oral

Toxicity of guinea-pig,LD50 =12.27g/kg,this indicates the sub-lethaldose of each kilogram guinea-pig is 12.27

kg.For the sake of contrast,here gives an example for explanation. Alkyl-phenyl-2-methyl ammonium

chloride,which is Common use in desinfection,made the guinea-pig LD50=0.48g/kg,If test with food preserve

additives, sorbic acid,then guinea-pig LD50 =10.5g/kg.Salt,our daily consumption,It’s LD50 =3.0G/KG.Obviously,

iHeir-CM Anti-mold CMer is extreamly safe,has very little poisonous to human body,measured up to the FdA

and European safety standard, and got the green light of EPA of USA (approved manufacturing number EPA

Est. 34292-MI-01,EPA register no. 64881-1).

iHeir-CM 除霉剂可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶

剂有水、乙醇、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方法为用软皮、抹布或毛刷沾少量 iHeir-CM 除霉剂擦拭

竹木制品、轻工业工艺制品、长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面即可。并能除去水副产物甲醇。

在使用之前，必须先进行生产规模的试验，以确定最佳应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。Instructions:

iHeir-CM Anti-mold CMer can be mixed directly in organic and inorganic fomula,and also be dealed with

the organic and inorganic matrix.It’s suitable dissolvent includes water,alcohol,ketones,esters,hydro carbons

and chlorinated hydrocarbons. For treament,just take the soft leather,CMing cloth or brush with a little iHeir-CM

Anti-mold CMer to CM the surface of bamboo and wood products ,crafts of light industry, long fiber, short fiber,

textile, nature leather, and imitation leather,it can also remove the water by-product of methanol.

Production-scale test is necessary before use, to make sure the best application process condition such as

time and temperature conditions.

急性皮肤吸收

iHeir-CM 除霉剂的急性皮肤吸收毒性极低，经天竺鼠试验，为 LD50>7，950 毫克/公斤体重，因此，在一般

的工业操作条件下，只要小心并做好清洁，本品并不会导致皮肤吸收中毒，但建议还是在戴手套的情况下使用。

Acute skin absorption:

iHeir-CM Anti-mold CMer has very little poisonous for the acute skin absorbtion, via the test of guinea-pig,

it’s LD50>7，950mg/kg bw.Thus, in the normal industry operating condition, only need to be careful and CM well,

It won’t lead to dermal tokicity. But we suggest it is better to put on gloves to use it.
