QD-200给袋式包装机全自动旋转式给袋式冷冻产品糖果瓜子薯片自动定量称重包装机

1.包装范围：适用于各种形状、状态、性质的物料如:大小颗粒、粉料、酱料、液料等（大米，粗粮，坚果炒货，麻辣膨化，板栗，豆腐干、鸡鸭爪、榨菜、淀粉、洗衣液、火锅底料等等）；

2.操作方便：采用PLC触摸屏控制,人机界面操作系统，操作直观方便；

3.调节方便：机夹同步调节，生产不同产品时设备的参数可保存，换品种时从数据库调取完成；

4.自动化程度高：所有动作都采用端面凸轮完成，相比沟槽凸轮加工工艺简单成本低，高速运时速度可达60pcs/min；

5.完善的预系统，可检测是否开袋及开袋是否完整，在不合适加料的情况下不加料不热封，不浪费袋子及物料，空袋可循环至工位从新装填，避免的袋子污染造成的浪费，节约成本；
