超高分子量聚乙烯拨瓶器特点
1、耐磨性：由于其独特的分子结构，耐磨性高于一般的金属塑料产品，是碳钢的6.6倍，不锈钢的5.5倍，黄铜的27.3倍，尼龙的6倍，聚四氟的5倍；
2、不粘性：表面张力大磨擦系数小，无极性，所以与常见物质不亲和，因此不易粘连结垢；
3、磨擦系数小：由于其内含蜡状物质，自润滑性很好，流阻小，节省能源；
4、耐化学腐蚀性：可耐除浓硫酸、浓硝酸等强氧化剂以外的几乎所有的酸、碱、盐介质；
5、耐冲击性好：即使在低温下，受到强烈的断裂；
6、电绝缘性：具有良好的电绝缘性，绝缘电阻；
7、其它性能：韧性好，抗疲劳，无渗出物，使用温度-70至90；

4. Chemical corrosion resistance: it can resist almost all acid, alkali and salt media except strong oxidizing agents such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid;

5. Good impact resistance: strong fracture even at low temperature;

6. Electrical insulation: good electrical insulation and insulation resistance;

7. Other properties: good toughness, anti fatigue, no exudate, service temperature - 70 to 90;
