1.       产品概述

PDF温度记录仪是杭州西府科技有限公司专门针对医药、疫苗、血液、冷链物流、食品、化工、农业、气象、畜牧等行业开发的一款产品。

1.         General

The PDF temperature data logger was designed specifically for   medical industry, vaccine, blood, cold-chain logistics, food, chemical   industry, agriculture, metrology and animal husbandry by Hangzhou Xifu   Technology Co., LTD.

The PDF temperature logger is completely waterproof (IP65),   yet light and comfortable, can works nearly anywhere.

There’s no need to install driver program when use it. You can   plug the logger directly into the computer USB port. The computer can   generate PDF or EXCEL report automatically. Meanwhile, the report has been   encrypted in order to ensure the data is complete and reliable.

4.       使用方法

（1）启动记录仪

长按按键5秒，蓝灯、红灯同时长亮3秒，表示启动成功。

（2）停止记录仪

①长按按键5秒，蓝灯，红灯持续亮3秒，表示停止记录仪。

②PDF记录仪插电脑USB口，蓝灯常亮，等到电脑出现PDF/EXCEL文档，表示停止记录。

（3）从PDF记录仪下载记录的数据

PDF记录仪插电脑USB口，蓝灯常亮，自动生成PDF/EXCEL文档，即记录数据记录在文档里，生成文档后会在PC上显示U盘。

（4）PDF记录仪按键及LED等状态

其中蓝灯是工作模式指示灯，红灯是报警指示灯

①PDF记录仪导出文件后，蓝灯长亮，若发生过报警红灯每5s闪亮一次，否则红灯长灭。

②正常开机后，蓝灯每5s闪一次。没有报警，红灯长灭。有报警，红灯每5s闪一次。

③MARK点：正常开机后，按下按键会记录一个MARK点，最多记录8个MARK点。

④关机后或报告生成后，无论是否连接USB，按键无效，蓝灯长亮，红灯保持插入USB前状态。

4.         Use   methods

(1)Start the logger

Press the button for 5 seconds. If red and blue lights are on   for 3 seconds at the same time, the logger starts successfully.

(2)Stop the logger

①Press the button for 5 seconds. If red and blue lights are on   for 3 seconds at the same time, the logger stops successfully.

②Plug the PDF logger directly into the computer UBS port, the   blue light will be on. The logger will stop automatically until a PDF or   EXCEL report appeared on the computer.

(3)Download the data form the PDF logger

Plug the PDF logger directly into the UBS port, the blue light   will be on. The logger will generate a PDF or EXCEL report automatically. The   PC will display U disk if the report is ready.

(4)The state of button key and LED lights

Blue light is a work indicator. Red light is an alarm   indicator.

①If PDF logger generates report successfully, the blue light   will be on. If alarms occur, the red light will shine every 5 seconds. But if   no alarms occur, the red light will never turn on.

②The blue light will shine every 5 seconds during normal   condition. If no alarms occur, the red light will never turn on. If alarms   occur, the red light will shine every 5 seconds.

③Mark-points function.

Press a button key, the logger will records one Mark-point. It   records up to 8 points.

④When the logger stops or the report has been generated, the   button is invalid, the blue light is always on, and the red light remains in   the state before inserting USB port, even if the logger plugged into the UBS   port.

5.       其他注意事项

（1）PDF导出文件注意点

①PDF记录仪正常开机但无数据，插在电脑上U盘为空，可能是没有记录数据。

②PDF记录仪插过电脑USB，再次插入USB时，电脑上保存的是上一次生成的PDF文件。

（2）PDF记录仪从电脑USB口拔下，蓝灯、红色会闪一下，然后按键5s，蓝灯红灯不会长亮3s，说明开机不正常，则电池可能没电。

（3）开机后60分钟内，按键无法关机，但是按MARK点有效。

（4）一个记录间隔内，只记一个MARK点，最多记8个MARK点，超过8个时，蓝灯闪但是不记录MARK点。

（5）PDF记录仪只要插过电脑USB，设备默认停止，需重新配置才能再次记录（一次性的PDF记录仪除外）。

（6）停止过的PDF记录仪（一次性的PDF记录仪除外）只有重新配置后才可以再次使用，否则只能查看已生成过的文件。

（7）PDF记录仪插入电脑USB口，蓝灯会闪，闪的时候不能拔出PDF记录仪，否者可能导致PDF文件损坏，当蓝灯常亮，说明PDF文件生成。

5.         Other   notes

(1)When the PDF logger export a report:

①If the PDF logger can starts normally, but no data export,   maybe it does not record data at all.

②If the PDF logger used to plugged into the USB port, when user   plug it into USB port again, the generated report in computer is still the   last one.

(2)Pull the PDF logger off the computer, the red and blue   lights will flash once, than press the button key for 5 seconds, if the red   and blue lights are not on for 3 seconds at the same time, it means the   logger starts abnormally. Probably because it’s out of power.

(3)If the logger works within 60 minutes, it cannot be unable   to shut down by the button key, but the MARK-point function is valid.

(4)Within a record interval, the logger records only one mark   point. It records up to 8 points. The logger will no longer records when it   exceeds 8 points, but the blue light still valid.

(5)Once it’s plugged into the computer USB port, it stops   working. Users need to reset the logger before it can be recorded again, but   the disposable PDF logger is excluded.

(6)Once the logger stopped, Users need to reset it before it   works again, but the disposable PDF logger is excluded.

(7)The blue light will shine if plug the PDF logger into the   UBS port. Users can not pull it out at this time, otherwise it may be   damaged. The logger generates a PDF report successfully when the blue light   is on.
