PA6的应用领域由于PA6良好的综合性能被广泛应用于-如汽车、电子电气、机械、包装、兵器、通讯、航空航天、

办公机器、家电、建筑、日用品、体育用品等领域，特别是汽车、电子电气、包装等行业的用量一直呈上升趋势

。我国的应用研究较早，始于20 世纪60 年代，但是应用量一直很少，近年来，应用范围不断拓宽，应用量增长

较快。1999-2005 年间交通领域和电子电器对PA6 需求有较大的增长，消费量将从1999 年的770kt 增至2005 年

的1033kt，这两项的需求量占尼龙6 需求总量的40％以上，交通领域的汽车行业是尼龙6 最重要的应用领域。韧

性PA6主要用作油管夹、卡扣、车门、前后盖板、把手等【PA6】

PA6的加工注意目前在PA6工程塑料业中，80%采用了注射成型。在塑料制品成型过程中，由于成型材料、成型模具

、注射机、辅助设备、成型环境等多种因素的影响，注塑制品的内在及外观质量经常会出现各种各样的问题。一

般来说，PA制品成型质量主要包括制品外观、制品尺寸精度以及制品的物理性能等。产生这些缺陷的原因是多方

面的，可能是PA6塑料材料或注塑成型工艺选择不当可能是模具设计不合理，也可能是多因素综合作用的结果。本
