Shanghai Jeff Fashion Co., Ltd was established in 2008, a united company of Color4 Accouterment(Established in 2000 which in charge of the accessory department in Jeff Fashion) and Kinka Srl(Established in 1973 in Italy, focused on making fashion apparel since 90’s). it is a Sino-Italy cooperated company, specialized in producing the garment and accessories parts, like rhinestones, nail heads, rhinestuds, hot fix heat transfer motifs, hot fix pearl, acrylic beads, sequins, bugles for garments and crystal beads chatons for jewelry and hot fix tape and applicator hot fix machine and some beading crafts. Other business like promoting the apparel selling in China market and creating a production base for Kinka srl in China mainland.
